365 Waterfront

This multi-family building has a tiered form that creates spectacular roof decks for residents at each of the three upper levels of the building, capitalizing on the site’s views. The site is on the Victoria Harbor in an urban setting with water views in three directions, and the ground level units take advantage of the park-like setting with small yards for each resident.  It was completed in 2009 in Victoria, BC by Nigel Baldwin Architects, Joy Martin acted as the Project Manager; seeing the project through from Schematic Design to Construction Documents.
