Once serving hungry patrons with shopping lists in hand, this space was transformed from an outdated grocery store to a state-of-the-art nail studio. It was completely renovated inside and out, with each element inspired by the talented team of artists who would soon occupy the space.

The business’s owner is renowned for their bold and cutting-edge aesthetic, so the studio needed to reflect that. To bring our vision to life, our expert designers outfitted the space with dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows, mischievous neon signage, eye-catching light fixtures, and ultra-glam gold tile walls.

We started with a concrete block shell – a daunting task for those unable to spot its true potential. Our team viewed it as a blank canvas, working alongside the client to add elegant touches that elevated the overall laidback vibe.

Determined to deliver a one-of-a-kind spa experience to clients, the client also named indoor air quality a top priority. A highly functional back of the house was essential too, equipping employees to provide the best possible service. 

Before wrapping up the renovation, we added tremendous curb appeal to the studio’s exterior. The building now stands proudly against the thriving urban landscape of Northeast Minneapolis.
