Concord Gardens

This master-planned, mixed-use, urban development in Richmond, BC, a suburb of Vancouver, involved a lengthy rezoning process.  The master planning, conceptual development, programming, and landscape design was completed with Joy Martin acting as the Project Manager while employed at GBL Architects. The project went on to be approved by the City of Richmond and Phase 1 was sold out at 95% before construction was even completed.
