Nelson Street Condo

Modern design combined with space saving built-ins made every inch of this 1000 sf condo efficient, stylish, and comfortable. Kitchen renovation by architect Joy Martin in collaboration with Ted Martin. 

This condo retained its value through the recession of 2008 and sold for a profit in 2013. Living room renovation included removing cluttered built-ins from a previous owner, adding lighting design, and interior decorating by architect Joy Martin.

Even the small balcony was re-decorated and landscaped for alfresco dining and privacy. A custom made wall-bed in the guest room allowed for a multi-functional space. The owners could use the space for projects and office work which neatly tucked away into built-in cabinets when out of town guests came to visit.

Master suite included improving lighting, interior decorating, improving storage, and complete gut of master bath; Portrait by family friend; dressers designed & built by architect Joy Martin.

Open 'european style' bathroom improved the functionality and made the space feel much larger. Minimizing the flooring materials to a small palette helped the compact condo space feel larger.
