HALE TUDOR

Our team renovated the heart of this home including the kitchen and mudroom. The Minneapolis Tudor was transformed to create functional and thoughtfully detailed spaces – perfect for busy families unwilling to sacrifice style. And because our renovations are custom designed down to the smallest detail, we added unique touches throughout, like a whimsical wallpaper from Abnormals Anonymous. The “Bruce” pattern features a friendly Greenland whale skeleton in a directional pattern, not only creating great flow but embracing the homeowner’s quirky personality and love of science.

KITCHEN

It’s no secret that the kitchen is the heart of the home. While still maintaining its cozy vibe, the kitchen was elevated to new heights by adding a mix of floor-to-ceiling custom walnut and enameled cabinets adorned with vintage-inspired hardware. Classic marble countertops and subway tile backsplash throughout provide a sleek, upscale look, while additional shelving makes storage simple. Tight spaces around the radiator were repurposed to create ingenious storage for the owner's cookbook collection.

MUDROOM

While some mudrooms are little more than glorified closets for stashing shoes and coats, this gem of a room has all the function of a more gracious space. Complete with a convenient cork board, a shoe rack, and coat hangers perfectly positioned for little hands to reach, this space blends practicality with luxury.
